Ashley joined the YFC Canada team in 2017. As part of the Global Engagement Team, she empowers young leaders to serve the international YFC community through many opportunities, including YFC Canada’s international volunteer program, ENGAGE.

Through ENGAGE, Ashley recruits, trains, disciples, and supports young missionaries who serve with YFC ministries all around the world. In addition, she helps to facilitate vibrant partnerships between Canadian chapters and international Youth For Christ ministries, and supports chapters as they work inter-culturally locally or abroad. Her favourite part of ENGAGE is seeing a placement crafted around a volunteer, and seeing their perspective on God, the world, and themselves expand and evolve. In her spare time she likes to read mystery novels, bake chocolate chip cookies, hike with her husband, and play a never-ending game of fetch with her dog, Rory.
