Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a food program at a secondary school in Prince George up to 3 days a week, and will be tasked with thinking creatively about how to build positive godly relationships with youth outside of this program. They would also be expected to be involved in other YFC programs, but would have the freedom to create and pioneer new initiatives as well that fit with the mission of YFC. It is expected that time will also be spent mentoring youth in a one on one setting, as well as spending time doing ministry support raising.

This includes, but is not limited to administration needs, bookings, project management, writing, event planning, website maintenance, and creatively using social media. This position is designed for the creative task-oriented person.

The Head Monitor prayerfully assists the Day Camp Director by leading
a team of monitors in order to ensure a safe, fun and impactful camp experience for
each participant. This includes team leadership development, establishing objectives,
curriculum, registration, procedures and reporting for the camp. The Head Monitor
promotes the ministry in the community. The Head Monitor is responsible for ensuring
that a camp schedule is developed and followed by a committed team of monitors.
